Who's Steering Our Weather?

Description:
Using the Internet, students make weather maps, showing geographic locations of fronts, then compare them with an online animation showing a series of locations for the jet stream for the same time period. They draw conclusions about the relationship between the location of the jet stream and the locations of the fronts they mapped.
