Properties of Fresh Water and Sea Water
Description:
Students find the boiling and freezing points of distilled water, salt water, and alcohol. They measure and compare
the heat capacities of water and air. They also read definitions of
states of matter, heat capacity, evaporation, heat of vaporization,
and latent heat of fusion.
