This module is divided into units that can stand alone: The Driving Forces of Global
Change; Environmental Change in Terrestrial Ecosystems; Climate Change; Human Impacts and
Responses. Each unit includes Background Information; an Instructor's Guide; and Student Worksheets. Major goals of this material are to actively engage students in problem solving, challenge them to think critically, invite students to participate in the process of scientific inquiry, and involve them in cooperative learning.
