GlobaLab

Description:
In this comprehensive, full-year high school science curriculum, students investigate the inter-connectedness of air, land, water and life. They explore a local study site, gather and share data, and perform research with their peers worldwide via telecommunications. Throughout the full course, Units I-V, students analyze their study site from biological, physical, chemical, and geographic perspectives. They create qualitative descriptions, take quantitative measurements, analyze remotely-sensed images, and work with physical and biological models.
