Florida EXPLORES! encourages the use of weather satellite imagery and direct readout from weather satellites in Florida K-12 classrooms. Their website has many resources for teachers, including a clearinghouse of weather satellite imagery and teachers' guide.  Florida K-12 teachers (science, math, or geography) are also encouraged to apply for summer workshops.
