Watching Your Heat Budget: Analyzing Temperature Changes in the
Atmosphere
Description:
Students use the Internet to access tropospheric and stratospheric temperature data for specified geographic locations.
They interpret that data and explore its significance for the Earth's
radiation balance. Then they compare their findings to the
measurements of surface air temperatures taken by students in the
GLOBE program and explain any differences.
This investigation is under development. To participate in
