Remote Sensing Activities (Event-Based Science)

Description:
In Event-Based Science modules, newsworthy events establish the relevance of science topics; authentic tasks create the need-to-know more about those topics; and lively interviews, photographs, Web pages, and inquiry-based science activities provide rich science learning experiences. Activities involving remote sensing are: Earthquake! Fire! Flood! Hurricane! Oil Spill! and Volcano! More remote sensing activities are under development.
