Planet Watch 2000
Description:
This activity explores the potential impact of climate variability and change on one of Earthıs increasingly most vulnerable resources, our forests. Although the activity that follows is designed to tap specific skills and knowledge through scientific inquiry, its broader intent is to stimulate thought about the long-term impacts of a warmer planet.
Each activity is part of an overall series entitled The Potential Consequences of Climate Variability and Change, which includes teacher resources for grades 1-12. Twelve modules (10 printed and 2 online resources) comprise the set
