Description:
The site provides instructions on conducting a classroom activity in which students observe the effects of static electricity. They observe the effects on styrofoam packing "noodles" after one of them has been touched by a balloon that's been rubbed on hair or a shirt. Then they observe the effects of holding a balloon treated that way, over paper punch circles.
