Down the Drain

Description:
This collaborative project allows students to share information about water usage with other students from around the country and the world. Using data collected by their household members and their classmates, students determine the average amount of water used by one person in a day. They submit the data to the project's database and can compare their water use to the average amount of water used per person per day in other parts of the world. This is an ongoing project, and classes can participate at any time of the year.
